My Approach
Expressive Arts based, Trauma-Informed, Consent guided, Holistically minded, Body-Oriented Psychotherapy
I treat each person that enters my office as unique, tailoring the therapy to meet the needs of the client. That being said, there is an undercurrent in all my sessions that is based on acceptance of feelings/emotions, consent, creativity, and honesty. I incorporate both verbal and non-verbal ways of working in therapy; to both access what does not always have words and to allow space for healing to occur in the body, not just with the mind. I truly love my job, and I believe that shows in everything that I do.
